When a disaster strikes to a roof, such as from a hail storm or wind damage, the first thing people ask is, "who can I trust to take care of this?" Our focus was to answer that question as quickly and concisely as possible and present Midcon Exteriors as the expert when it comes to storm damage and roof restoration. We used direct language on the homepage to direct users to internal pages with more information and used the internal pages to dive deeper into all the intricacies of roofing. Our missional message: "We are your trustworthy experts in restoration and roofing."
The foundation of the website plan was centered on the Storybrand framework. A hero has a problem, meets a guide, who provides a plan to overcome the problem. While the layout of the website may seem simple, the intentional thought process was to guide each user gently into a well-planned sales narrative ultimately leading to trust. We also wanted to do a good job of displaying the award badges and high reviews from past clients. You'll notice them in subtle places as you scroll down the website. Additionally, we wanted the website to have stark contrasts of dark and light to allow the dark blue colors to pop in all the right places.
In addition to the website, we were able to take photos of several job sites showcasing the quality and beauty of a successful installation. Utilizing both drone and ground, before and after shots, we captured the roofer installation perspective and the homeowner's perspective. While the construction process is not pretty, the end result is amazing. Ultimately, the photos do a good job reflecting the excellence service Midcon provides: a great looking roof, done the right way, with no nails, lumber, or junk left behind.
